During our stay at Spice Sea Beach House And Rest, we were impressed by the warm welcome we received from the staff. They provided us with a delicious breakfast and coffee and guided us to our clean and cozy room. The restaurant connected to the hostel served the best food we had on our entire trip to Zanzibar. The location of the hostel is perfect, just a short walk away from the beach and a supermarket. We felt relaxed and at home in the cool and inviting atmosphere of the hostel. The owner, Mustafa, constantly works to improve the place and provide the best service for his guests. When we experienced food poisoning from another café, they took care of us and even bought medicine to help us recover. They also helped us find activities and made sure we had everything we needed. We felt a genuine connection with Mustafa and his partner and consider them our good friends now. We will definitely return to Spice Sea Beach House And Rest in the future. we highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Ningwi!

There were ongoing renovations nearby, which caused some noise during the day. However, this didn't bother us too much.

“Pros”: The value for the money was excellent, with comfortable and clean rooms and a private porch. The location was perfect, right by the beach and a convenient 2-minute walk to the Diving Center. The staff at the hotel were extremely nice, helpful, and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home.

This hotel is a great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. It is located very close to Nungwi's best beach, just a short walk away. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The rooms, some with shared bathrooms and others with private bathrooms, ensure the comfort of your sleep with their king-size beds. Plus, breakfast is included, adding to the overall convenience of your stay.

The only downside was the slightly uncomfortable bedding.

I recently stayed at a guest house near Nungwi's best beach, and I must say it was a great value for money. The location couldn't be better - just a minute's walk to the beach, with shops and restaurants nearby. I particularly enjoyed dining at the Mama Africa restaurant right next door. The staff were very friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable. The basic amenities provided, such as the shared bathroom and king size bed, were perfect for a good night's sleep. And to top it off, the delicious breakfast included was a great way to start each day.
